This Whole30 cauliflower fried rice recipe is probably my favorite side dish to make for my family and guests. Not only is this recipe super delicious and easy, it also is Paleo and Whole30 compliant. There are so many amazing benefits to cauliflower in regard to our health and if made correctly, it is a great substitution for grains.
When I first started making cauliflower rice recipes, my dish always came out slightly soggy or not appetizing at all. I started to experiment more with different technique and it wasn’t until I found this delicious paleo stuffing recipe from 40 Aprons, that a light bulb went off. In that recipe, they added almond flour to their stuffing and it ended up giving it a taste and texture that was more dense; I honestly didn’t miss the stuffing at all! It not only is super easy and delicious, it is also great to meal prep with and have for the next couple days as side dishes. One of the keys to making this Whole30 cauliflower fried rice recipe flavorful is by adding a Whole 30-compliant bone broth to the dish. Not only does it add flavor to the dish, it also adds the health benefits of bone broth to it.

How to make Whole 30 Cauliflower Fried Rice
What you will need for this recipe is a frozen bag of cauliflower, Whole 30 compliant bone broth , olive oil, minced garlic, eggs, coconut aminos, sesame oil, green onions, almond flour, sesame seed, onion, salt & pepper and as an option you can add a can or frozen bag of peas and carrots.
Step 1
In a frying pan heat up olive oil and sauté garlic and white onion until onion is translucent. Add in the bag of frozen cauliflower and cook for around 5 minutes – stirring occasionally to make sure it does not burn. (Optional: after the 5 minutes you can now add in the bag or can of peas and carrots)
Step 2
Stir in the bone broth and raise temperature to high. Once the broth is mixed in add in the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Mix in. Cook for another minute or two.
Step 3
Make a well in the middle of your cauliflower rice mixture and add in your 3 beaten eggs. Let cook for 1 minute and stir in. Add cup of almond flour and mix in. Make sure all of your egg is cooked through to ensure it is done.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with green onions and sesame seeds. ENJOY!
