Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Farm – A Luv Ashland Review

Sharing is caring!

This past weekend, we got to experience the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Farm in Redlands. We were on the lookout for a pumpkin patch to take our Son to and we stumbled upon Live Oak Canyon online. It was going to be a little drive for us, but their website had so much to offer, from attractions, to food, to shows and of course hundreds of pumpkins!

Upon entering Live Oak, I did not realize how HUGE the place was. As we walked through the entrance and through ALL the amazing photo ops they have I actually got a glimpse of how big the Pumpkin Farm was. Before I continue, I have to show you one of the MANY photo opportunities they had… a Pumpkin House!

Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Farm is a ticketed venue but included with the ticket is entrance and some attractions that are free on specific days. If you want to ride or experience the rest of the attractions, additional tickets are required. We purchased some tickets and chose the Corn Pit (which is literally a pit filled with corn kernels and is an amazing sensory activity to do with your toddler) the train, the carousel, the petting zoo and for free we had a tractor ride through their sunflower fields and Christmas tree farm! The other attractions they have available are: zip line, pumpkin blasters, corn maze, pumpkin spinners and many more.

They also have a lot of entertainment from live music to magic shows and even pig races!

On the weekends the Pumpkin Farm is open from 9am – 10pm and during the week as well as Sundays it closes a bit earlier. They have family fun planned for every single day of October and you can go check it out here.

Needless to say, we had such an amazing time that I had to take a moment to write about it and let you know that all my local readers can still experience it until Halloween on October 31st! If you do go, don’t forget to check out their flower field that they have at the entrance, its absolutely gorgeous and it is where we captured our 2019 Family Holiday Photo!

“If anyone had told me I’d be waiting in a pumpkin patch on Halloween night. I’d have said they were crazy!” – Sally, It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown
