My husband is a big soup lover and whenever he finds out I am making soup for dinner he is ALWAYS excited and hopes I make enough for leftovers. This chicken soup Whole30 recipe does not disappoint when it comes to flavor, I sometimes worry when I am making soup that it will come off as bland, which is why I make sure to use Kettle and Fire bone broth as well as seasonings to compliment the vegetables and chicken in the soup.
Since this recipe is filled with delicious veggies, when serving it to my 1-year-old I sometimes drain the broth and allow her to pick at the soft boiled vegetables as part of her meal.
