5 Benefits of Drinking Good Quality Water

This post reviews my experience with the ZeroWater 5 Stage Advanced Filtration System. This Luv Ashland post is sponsored through gifting by ZeroWater.

For a long time, I have been a big advocate for the health benefits of drinking water and how it can completely change the way you look, the way you feel and your overall wellbeing. Only in the last couple years, have I stepped up the game in my water intake and researched the importance of not just drinking water, but drinking good quality water. Since then, I have tried many different brands of water, spent a lot of money on bottled water, purchased water filters to save money and have endlessly researched dissolved solids in drinking water, acidic levels, PH balance and overall the importance of that good quality water. I wouldn’t call myself an expert, I just know a LOT about water and I definitely am someone who, when it comes down to it, can taste the difference. When I heard about the company ZeroWater and was presented with the opportunity to test and review their product, I was extremely excited and intrigued about learning and testing an entirely new system.

From my research, I found out that ZeroWater leaves 000 total dissolved solids in drinking water. Now, I know your next question might be, “what are total dissolved solids?” Dissolved Solids are a measurement of compounds like minerals, salts and organic compounds that are dissolved into water through contact with rock and other surfaces. Total Dissolved Water can be made up of several different types of compounds (including but not limited to): calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium chloride and sulfides (which are compounds frequently found in groundwater supplies). For the full list click here. Since ZeroWater removes 99% of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), it in turn delivers the purest tasting water. In addition to owning the ZeroWater filter, this filtration system also comes with a tool to measure the TDS inside of the water so that you can test your own tap water or even past filters you have used or have in your home. ZeroWater is a 5-stage filter which is more comprehensive than conventional.  Now, I can go on and on about the importance of good quality water or I can just lay out some amazing benefits that show why drinking good quality water is so important.

5 Benefits of Drinking Good Quality Water

  1. Flushes Out Toxins
    1. Did you know that your kidneys are there to get rid of certain waste products? With that said, if you do not drink enough water your kidneys will not have the proper materials (water) needed to do their job!
